How We Work For You:

An appointment will be scheduled for you. We will obtain the necessary information from you for your appropriate filing.

The documents will be filed with the Court and your spouse will either be served or will accept service. We will docket all appropriate dates and keep you informed as to when your court appearance has been scheduled.
